Taman Mini Indah Indonesia (8th Sept 06)

Went to Taman Mini Indah for study trip. Then went to Blk M again with abg fauzi, arif, charles & nando.

1st Lesson to Bahasa Indonesia.. (7th sept 06)

We had our 1st lesson to bahasa indonesia wif ibu widi. After lunch there was an introduction of indonesian music by ibu marusha from institut kesenian jakarta. The lesson was very lively. There's practical as well.
After lesson went out to do some shopping @ Blk M mall. It's indonesia version of bugis market. Didn't get anything for myself juz checking out the place. Didn't get to take many pictures coz the place was too crowded with ppl.. Im juz scared.. heee...

Went to the internet cafe nearby to our hostel after the opening ceremony of Art & Culture Scholarship.. we had abt 3 hrs of free time. but in the evening there's a welcome dinner cum bbq organised by the comittee.. there's local live band, we sang, danced n of course we ate. heee..

Hi peeps.. sorry lama tak update.. Im now in Jakarta on an art & culture scholarship..
There are 20 countries participating.. so in total ada 43 participants from all over the world..
Reached Jakarta on the 5th sept. We stayed at Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Departmen Luar Negeri (Pusdiklat Deplu). It is located near Senayan. A pleasant place to stay in.. cuma cant stand the mosquitoes.. hehe..
Anyway, we'll be here till 19th sept for sesi pengenalan abt Indonesian Art & Culture. Then we'll be divided to 3 groups n be sent to Solo, Bandung or Bali. Im going to Bandung and will learn dance n music.
What ive updated cuma untuk hari pertama n kedua in Jakarta.. Will update more....

a'kum a'an... mesti laa ingat.. takkan lupa pulak.. everything here is fine... im hvng fun n enjoying myself so far.. ni baru minggu kedua.. dis tue da berangkat ke tempat lain.. so classes akan bermula.. so i think tuu da takleh hv fun mcm sekarang nii.. hehehe.. anyway take care..

A day out on Saturday...

Not as normal as other saturdays, practice today started early and ends late at night. Very busy preparing for a performance by Ilsatari and Era entitled Akulturasi.
Very hectic for all of us. Did not take any picts during rehearsals coz i was busy concentrating and busy concentrating on the SUDOKU.. hehehe..

Only took picts of those who did the sets and platforms.
After latihan few of us went to watch The Devil Wears Prada...

PS: Ermmm.. kalau ada pict yg merepek2 to bukan i snap eh.. itu kerja sham. He paksa me to upload.. heee..
